NOMINATION DEADLINE: MARCH 31, 2012
(Nominee must register for and attend the Workshop)
Here's how to nominate an Education Director or Educational Leader:
STEP 1: COMPLETE EVAULATION-The traits listed in the evaluation represent a high standard of excellence in Christian Education. Prayerfully complete the evaluation for the teacher of your choice. Five (5) represents the highest lvel of excellence
STEP 2: WRITE RECOMMENDATION LETTER Submit a typed letter of recommendation from the Education Director, Superintendent, or Minister for the teacher nominated. Attach the letter of recommendation to teh nomination form. Tell us why you think the nominee deserves this award. The reason should include teaching abilities and practices.
STEP 3: SUBMIT ALL NOMINATION MATERIALS BY THE DEADLINE (Evaluation Form, Recommendation Letter & Photo)
